Sugarleaf contains steviol glycosides which are 200-300 times sweeter than sugar. The plant is native to South America and therefore needs to be grown indoors here in Iceland. 
 
Sowing time: can be sown at any time, but if sown in winter, growth lights are required. Seeds lightlys covered and kept at room temperature until germination.
