Tulips
Most tulips only flower well the first spring after they are planted. There are exceptions though, f.ex. many Darwin tulips can last for years as well as some of the species tulips.

Tulip divisions:
Generally, the species tulips flower first, then divisions 12-14 and then divisions 1 - 11 in that order
