Digitalis purpurea 'Dalmatian Mixed'

Foxglove

 

A biennial plant that self-sows profusely. In the first year, a whorl of leaves grows and the plant blooms in the second year and dies after flowering. Ripens a large amount of seeds.

 

'Dalmatian Mixed' is a variety in mixed colors.

 

Sowing time: February - April. Seed not covered and kept at room temperature until germination. Transplanted 4-6 weeks after sowing and planted outside in the first summer.
